Many kids are going to and from school with way too much weight in their backpacks which can potentially be causing problems to their back and neck. Here are a few tips when buying a backpack for your child to make sure it is the best option to support the weight that they are carrying.
-Always wear both shoulder straps
-Choose a backpack that is not too big, it should not extend below the low back.
