Deidre grew up near St. Paul MN. She loves to travel and going on hiking adventures with her husband and dog (Ollie). She is also a Certified Yoga Teacher, Healing Touch Practitioner and is trained in Cupping and Cranio-Sacral Therapy. Deidre has always wanted to be in service of her community and to others that has ebbed and flowed through the years and she is excited for this next chapter of being in service as a Massage Therapist.
